Wish I had received

Unfortunately I still have not received this ribbon. I did not have it in time for Valentine's day and will no longer need it when it arrives. I saw under the faqs there is a no return policy. I upgraded shipping for an additional $5 at the suggestion of the company to receive in time for Valentine's but have yet to receive it and valentines has past now. Very disappointed
