Great Service!

I needed more of this ribbon to finish a customer's order. I placed my order with Ribbon by Design on a Sunday and first thing Monday I received an email letting me know they didn't have enough to fill my order. Erica was very helpful in telling me I could wait until they made more and they would send it to me in about a week or I could cancel my order. I still needed the ribbon so I told her to continue and send it to me when it was ready. I received the ribbon very quickly. The customer service was excellent and I will use this company when I need more ribbon.
